Run 5 days and workout at the gym combined with calisthenic exercise 6 days a week. When I was in the Army we did PT in the morning and when I was released at the end of the day I would hit the gym. there were many times on a PT run I vomited but you were not allowed to fall out (stop) of the run.</description>
