Uhm.....no! We don't. I am an a**hole and I am a recruiter. But, I am a human being who treats others the way I would like to be treated. So, I am in Boston, so I am usually nice for awhile until enough Bostonians are A**holes to me and I just revert back to my personality and treat everyone around here the way they should be treated.

But on a normal basis on a military installation, we are all very polite to each other, all courtesies are rendered to civilians and those of higher rank such as senior NCO's and commissioned officers. I sometimes say sir to some of my older applicants because I am by nature a nice guy but realize I am the employer and have to be the boss sometimes.

But no special training believe me.
