do hospitals accept military trained personnel without a degree?

Im in the military right now and Im going to change my job to become a radiologist. for the benefits on the outside. so I was wondering for will the hospitals hire me without the degree but with the training

    It might get your foot in the door. You could use your mil.benefits for a radiologist course. That would be a good start.

    They may want you to have a certification in the state that you live in.

    nope. you will still need certification once you get out.

    A radiologist is a doctor. I assume you are talking about a radiologic technologist. Every hospital I know only hires ARRT-registered or registry-eligible radiologic technologists. In order to become registered, you have to graduate from an accredited school. You can find information about military programs here:
