How can I say in my resume that I trained the newbies in my last job?

Yes or trained new employees, you can expand on what you trained them on.
“Responsible for training new employees”
you were a mentor to new hires.
Trained new Personnel sounds perfect, don’t use too many fancy words, employers **** that, trust me.
‘i trained the newbies’ ??? lol
How about this: Its good because it shows management and company strategic awareness:
- Managed the training and career development of new employees in line with corporate goals and objectives….
Means nothing… but sounds good, and then you can expand on it at an interview.
