   The zeroth stage is to figure out how you intend to make money.

   Seriously. People forget this part. (Look at the dot-bust.)

   If you don’t know how you will turn a profit, no one will give a damn about funding you.

   Location, personnel, etc. are minutiae you don’t have to worry about yet.
