		<description>That is such a broad question. There is law officials on several different levels of bureacracy, ie. local, state/provincial or federal and international to consider.

One way is for surveys to be given to personnel to complete and mail back in but the chances might be slim you would get a lot back. 

Over the phone survey is another option for police personnel. Interviewing personnel but it takes lots of time and hours to do. 

If the needs are different than the organization you would present the organization with your findings in percentages and generalities. eg. 54% feel better if they carried armor pieercing bullets, or 67% want more training on Taser handling etc.

It would be critical for a company to listen to the results and act accordingly especially if you had a large sample of their population that you spoke to or polled.</description>
